Brinley Bear earned 5th overall honors at the Madison Invitational
The Switzerland County girls golf team captured the Madison Girls Golf Invitational championship on Saturday, August 15, at Sunrise Golf Course in Madison. The Pacers posted a team score of 390 to finish first in the 12-team field, defeating runner-up Madison Red by 27 strokes. Alexis Mangold led the Pacers with an 82 and earned overall individual medalist honors. Brinley Bear shot a 100 to finish fifth overall. Paige Gregory and Payton Stow each recorded a 104, while Raven Ashcraft finished with a 119. Congratulations to the Pacers on a great team victory!
